Caplugs® Evergreen Immunostaining Slide Moisture Chambers are designed to maintain a controlled, humid environment ideal for antibody incubation during immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence procedures. Each chamber is divided into 10 individual compartments with approximately half inch of empty space between the compartments. Microscope slides are placed on four corner posts in each compartment, raising the surface of the slides approximately half inch off the base of the chamber. When the lid is closed, dividers molded into the chamber’s lid are slotted into place in the empty spaces between the slide compartments, preventing sample drying and ensuring an even distribution of the environment to all 10 isolated compartments. These chambers are essential for consistent, high-quality staining results in research and diagnostic labs.
