Cyanuric acid, also known as stabilizer, can influence the effectiveness of free chlorine and thus also the effect of water care or disinfection agents. The degradation of water constituents is affected as well as the germicidal rate.

This tablet is used to determine the concentration of cyanuric acid in the "High Range". To do this, the tablet is added to a water sample during a quick test. A characteristic turbidity develops, which is measured optically with a dip tube. When analyzing with the photometer, it is sufficient to add the tablet to a water sample and press a button.
