Returns | Lab Products Returns Policy | Delta Scientific

All product returns must be pre-authorized by Delta Scientific. Please call Customer Service at 905-629-4545 for a return goods authorization (RGA) number and proper shipping instructions. Return items will be inspected and are subject to a restocking charge. We cannot accept a return without prior approval and only accept goods purchased directly from Delta Scientific. Non-returnable items include custom orders, opened chemicals and solutions, refrigerated products, items with expired shelf lives and typically non-stocked items. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
