Valutek’s cleanroom tubular polyester floor mop head is manufactured with a 1/2” knitted tube, made of 100% white filament polyester in a spaghetti-style looped pattern to create edgeless tubular strands. These strands are designed to absorb and encapsulate liquids effectively, maximizing sorptive capacity.
The knitted fabric is autoclavable and exhibits extremely low particle and fiber generation, ensuring excellent cleaning results.
All Valutek mop heads are laundered and packaged in a cleanroom, and they undergo testing and manufacturing in ISO-compliant facilities under Valutek's inspection and strict process control to meet Valutek quality standards and product specifications.
