Are you ISO Certified?

Yes, we are certified to ISO 9001:2015. Additionally, many of the suppliers we represent are certified to various accreditation, such as ISO9001, ISO 17025, ISO 17034 and ISO17043. If you require copies of any certifications please let us know.

How many products do you offer?

We currently have over 50,000 SKUs online with access to over 500,000 SKUs. We are continuing to add more items, but if you can’t find what you are looking for, please contact us.

I don’t see the brand I’m looking for, do you stock products from other brands?

Yes, we do represent several other brands, and we are continually adding new products and brands to our portfolio. If you can’t find what you are looking for please contact us.

Do you have a minimum order?

No, we do not have any minimum order requirements. Occasionally, a supplier may require a minimum, and you will be advised of this at the time of your order.

What are the benefits of ordering through Delta rather than ordering directly from the brand?

We stock products in our warehouses from many manufacturers which enables us to ship quickly and invoice against a single purchase order keeping your shipping costs to a minimum.

How can Delta help me if I can’t find what I’m looking for?

If you can’t find what you are looking for, please let us know. We source a wide range of products from around the world. If we can't find a catalogue item that meets your needs we can often offer a custom product to meet your needs.

Can I request samples of items?

We do have samples of certain products. If you would like a sample, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Can Delta offer advice if I’m looking for a certain specification on a product?

Yes, we have several qualified specialists who can provide valuable insight into the decision making process. We also have support from our various suppliers to help make sure you get the right advice.

Payment & Terms
How can I pay for my orders?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard & American Express. There are no added fees for credit card transactions. Term Payment is available for pre-approved customers for both online and offline orders. For more information, please contact us.

Do you charge sales tax?

Yes, we will charge sales tax that is required by your province/country. If you are tax exempt, we must have a valid tax exemption number/certificate on file.

What discounts does Delta offer?

We do offer discounts when possible. Whether it is academic discounts, price matching or volume discounts, please contact us for more information.

What currencies do you accept?

All online orders are charged in Canadian Dollars. Offline orders within Canada are billed in Canadian Dollars, and all other orders are billed in US Dollars.

Where do you deliver to?

We ship all around the world. We do have certain products that are limited to specific regions. If for whatever reason we are unable to ship to your location we will let you know and provide a contact in your area who should be able to assist.

How long does it take to deliver the items?

Our goal is to get you your items as quickly as possible. Our typical turnaround time is to ship stock items within 24-hours and non-stock items within 5-10 days. These numbers may vary depending upon the nature of the request.

Can I fast-track an item?

Yes, if you do require something rush, please let us know, and we will do our best to meet your requirements.

How can I track my order?

Once the items ship, you will be sent an invoice along with your shipment details, including the carrier and tracking number.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately to arrange a replacement.
