Streamline Your Laboratory Workflow with In-Tube Filtration
Say goodbye to tedious sample transfers and the risk of cross-contamination. The Environmental Express FilterMate™ Digestion Filtration System is designed specifically for busy laboratory professionals who need to optimize their daily workflows without sacrificing accuracy.
By allowing you to filter 50-mL samples directly within the digestion vessel, the FilterMate™ eliminates the need for separate filtration devices. Whether you are prepping samples for ICP, ICP-MS, or AA analysis, this system cuts down on prep time, reduces consumable waste, and ensures an efficient path from digestion to autosampler.
Simple, Tool-Free Operation
The FilterMate™ is engineered for maximum ease of use. Simply attach the plunger to the filter assembly, insert it into your digestion tube, and press down. The filter is pushed smoothly through the liquid to the bottom of the tube, leaving a perfectly particulates-free supernatant above it. Once done, the detachable plunger is easily removed and discarded, while the filter assembly remains securely at the bottom of the tube. Your finished sample is instantly ready to be capped for storage or poured straight into an autosampler vial.
Engineered for Challenging Matrices
Don't let difficult samples slow down your throughput. The FilterMate™ is robust enough to handle the most demanding laboratory applications and complex matrices, including:
Environmental Soil Samples
Industrial & Municipal Sludge
Wastewater & Effluents
Key Features & Benefits
Zero Transfer Steps: Filters directly inside the 50-mL sample tubes to prevent sample loss and contamination.
Debris-Free Analysis: Ideal for removing heavy particulates from soil, sludge, and wastewater prior to analytical testing.
High Efficiency: Discardable plunger system leaves the filter in place, keeping the sample isolated and ready for the autosampler.
Universal Utility: Universally applicable for most standard environmental and analytical chemistry laboratory applications.
